3. Messaging Terms
ATH/N enables SMS messaging features as part of certain services.
By providing a phone number during an order, checkout, or service interaction, end users consent to receive transactional or service-related SMS messages, such as:
- Order updates
- Order ready notifications
- Customer feedback or review requests
Message frequency varies by usage but typically ranges from 1–3 messages per transaction.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier. ATH/N is not responsible for carrier fees.
